How long does shipping take?
Orders leave us within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 7–12 business days after that. You get a tracking number by email the day it ships.
How much is shipping?
A flat $4.99 per order, and free on orders over $49.
Where do you ship?
To every address in the United States. We don't ship internationally yet.
How do I pay?
With PayPal, Venmo or any debit or credit card through PayPal's secure checkout. You don't need a PayPal account to pay by card.
Is my payment safe?
Payments are handled entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your card number.
Can I return something?
Yes: 30 days from delivery for unused items in their packaging. Damaged or faulty? Send a photo within 7 days and we replace or refund it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to support@petcornshop.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll change or cancel it before it ships.
My tracking hasn't moved. What now?
Tracking can pause for a few days while the parcel changes carriers. If nothing changes for 10 days, write to us and we'll chase it.
How do I pick the right size?
Each product lists its measurements in the description. Measure your pet first; when between sizes, go one up for beds and harnesses.
