Returns & refunds

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return or a refund.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Chewed toys and used grooming items can't be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Arrived damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Send a photo to support@petcornshop.com within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund, and you keep or discard the item.

Refunds go back to your original payment method (PayPal or card) within 5 business days of approval.
